Recap on the Introduction

What is ROUTINE?  Routine podcast has been designed to help with finding your own personalized routine. Every week we cover topics and give tips in order for you to find what works best for you as well as get you motivated to start your own health journey. Routine is a podcast that you can listen to as you start your morning and a resource you can use in order to get started, see results, and improve.

My name is Caitlin Delgado and I am the founder/creator of ROUTINE.


So why did I create this podcast, how has routine affected me, and what are the steps to building your own routine?

Routine has affected me in the sense that it altered me. Before I had my routine and found the motivation to stay consistent, I fell apart. Two years ago, my mental state was low; I had no hope that I could change and accepted my fate. All I could think about were negative thoughts. I had phases of trying to clean my room, reset, and start from the top, but I would just fall apart again when I didn’t see immediate results. 


What about change?

When it comes to change, it doesn't happen all at once; it doesn’t happen immediately, and it usually all starts to work out once you have failed a couple of times. Not only that, but it usually starts after a major switch in your life happens; this is probably why you have come across my podcast.


I had a major switch that led me into creating a sustainable routine for myself. It didn’t happen all at once; I failed multiple times before, and it was once that switch hit me that all of the changes came in like phases.


There are 5 phases: 

Phase 1: The switch

Phase 2: The realization

Phase 3: Health and looks

Phase 4: Staying consistent

Phase 5: The comments.


*To start this podcast I thought, for the first episode, I would walk you through how I experienced all 5 phases.

How will this benefit you?

You might not know it yet, but once your routine starts to fall into place, you will be a whole new person; not only your physique, the people who fall into place, your lifestyle as a whole, but also your mindset will change, your outlook will be completely different, and that’s your gaining your self-confidence.
